Each individual may register only one account on Golden Bets. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. Incorrect details may cause issues during account verification.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. You will need to upload a valid National ID or passport.
• You are responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone.
• Golden Bets reserves the right to suspend any account without prior verification in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

Golden Bets supports all major mobile banking payment methods in Bangladesh. Deposits are generally instant, and withdrawals are processed according to the member's tier.

• The payment method used for withdrawals must match the method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed without KYC verification.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by the member's VIP tier.

Golden Bets offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with specific wagering requirements and conditions. Reading the relevant terms before claiming any bonus is mandatory.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per account. Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in suspension.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonuses have an expiry date — they will be automatically cancelled once the validity period ends.
• Golden Bets reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Active bonuses will not be affected.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse or system exploitation will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.

Before placing any bet on Golden Bets, make sure you fully understand the odds and rules. Bets generally cannot be changed once confirmed.

• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final. Any subsequent changes to the odds will not apply to confirmed bets.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded in full.
• If a bet is placed at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, Golden Bets reserves the right to void that bet.
• Golden Bets is not liable for disconnections during live betting.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a match result, the decision of Golden Bets shall be final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Golden Bets and will result in immediate account closure:

• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Using another person's account credentials or engaging in hacking
• Exploiting system bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage

Either the member or Golden Bets may close an account. To close your account yourself, please contact support.

• Golden Bets reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• If closed by the member, any valid balance may be withdrawn.
• If you choose self-exclusion as part of responsible gaming, your account will be locked for a specified period.
• A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for more than 6 months.

Golden Bets is not liable for the following:

• Betting issues caused by internet disruption or third-party technical failures
• Loss or theft of account credentials due to user negligence
• Errors or failures caused by third-party payment gateways or banking systems
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions

Golden Bets believes betting should be a source of entertainment — not a cause of addiction or financial stress. The well-being of our members is our top priority.

• Members can set their own daily deposit limits.
• The self-exclusion feature allows you to temporarily deactivate your account for a set period.
• If you notice signs of betting addiction, please reach out to our support team.
• Never bet with borrowed money. Only wager what you can afford to lose.
